The dining room, den, first floor bedroom and bath, along with the gourmet kitchen, comprise the first floor of this beautiful house. These gracious rooms are sun-filled and have hardwood floors. Please note that the stairs leading up to the second floor were built in the 1870's and are steep. There is no landing on the second floor as seen in the last photo below.
